We are thrilled to be able to share with you this web-site from the Ligonier Church of Christ.  It gives us the opportunity to keep you informed about the local congregation just north of Ligonier.

The congregation was established on April 26, 1863.  On April 26, 2010 we will celebrate our one hundred and forty seventh (147) birthday.

For the first one hundred and twenty two (122) years we met across from the fountain.  On December 23, 1984 we took possession of the Perry Elementary School on Perry road.  What a tremendous facility this building is for us!

Are you looking for a friendly church where the Bible is believed and taught, a church with a great youth program, a church where the preaching is relevant?

Whether the economy is good or poor, we would almost always ask the question before we would buy, "How much does it cost?"  Most certainly, that is a good question, "How much does it cost?" We would ask that question to determine if we could afford that item!  Based on our financial situation, some things would be too expensive for us to purchase.

If you are presently out of work, and someone offered you a 2011 Cadillac at a reduced price, it would no doubt be something that you just could not afford, regardless of the tremendous bargain!

Mark 8:36, 37 says; "For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?"  You see, that would not be a bargain!

To have "everything" and lose your soul in the bargain is a bad deal at its best! Don't make any decision without asking, "How much is this going to cost?"
